Try each of these times tables games.

Afterwards write a few paragraphs about at least 2 of the games. Mention any good and bad points, how it helped you, ways that you could improve the games and anything else you would like to mention. The aim is for you to practice writing about maths in a detailed, clear way that uses correct mathematical vocabulary where possible.

This should be written in proper English with capital letters, punctuation, paragraphs, spellings etc. No 'text speak' or emoticons, it should be a serious piece of writing and should have more than 60 words.

Check the forum on a regular basis to see what your friends wrote. You can post a comment to say whose review you thought was best and why. Was anyone's review difficult to understand? Give them some advice as to how they could improve their writing.

Of course you can play the games as many times as you like - until you are a times tables genius!
